ABOUT ME

I grew up on a farm in Devon with a close connection to nature. This relationship from an early age continues to shape both my life and my work.

My own journey of healing led me to explore holistic approaches to health and self-care. I’ve lived and worked abroad in India, Sri Lanka and Spain and these experiences have shaped who I am. Along the way I discovered yoga, meditation, tai chi and qigong, and became curious about traditional healing systems, including Ayurveda. I also began studying herbalism, learning how plants can gently support our whole being.

My love of the rose inspired me to create my own rose-infused oil and continues to influence many aspects of my practice.

Training in therapeutic massage felt like a natural progression. I wanted to offer a space where people could slow down and reconnect with themselves. Receiving massage as well as other modalities has been a part of the way I integrate & move through things.

Since qualifying, I have expanded my practice with a Face Lift & Sculpt Massage training and a Beauty Facial course and I am currently developing my own holistic facial treatment centred around rose. Massage and facial massage has become a part of how I care and tend for my own body and the plants weave themselves into these offerings.

Outside of the treatment space, I love spending time in nature, walking, running, strength training, wild swimming, foraging & making herbal remedies by hand, gardening, cooking with the seasons, and spending time with friends and family.

I enjoy the practices of Tai Chi, Movement Medicine, Yoga, Krav Maga, Meditation and how they keep alive the curiosity and journey of opening within my own body. I enjoy writing poetry and there is a page I have created for this on my website. I also love singing, painting and music.

These practices continually inspire the way I approach my work—with care, creativity, curiosity and a deep respect for the rhythms of nature and exploring the dance of yin & yang in my own body.

My intention is to create a calm space where you can slow down, relax and reconnect to your body, natural beauty and essence. I believe that healing happens from within as our power comes from within but having treatment methods to soften into can support us in different ways. Rather than taking a ‘fixing’ approach, I like to create a safe space for the body to restore itself, naturally.
